bbcon 2020 Virtual is less than two weeks away! bbcon, the tech conference for a better world, is a global, virtual gathering that will unite the social good community on October 6–8.

Last year, at bbcon 2019, we announced that the Blackbaud Labs team was launching a new initiative to expand our ecosystem of good with innovative tech startups—the Blackbaud Social Good Startup Challenge.

This year underscored the critical role of the social good community and also challenged every organization in unique ways. But history (and data) prove that giving is resilient, that generosity perseveres.

To help the social good community turn this data into actionable insights, the Blackbaud Institute is launching a webinar series, which will dive deep into the results for each social good sector and provide analysis into what these numbers mean now and for the future.

At Blackbaud, we join our colleagues and customers around the world in recognizing Pride Month.

For nearly two months, our team has been hard at work exploring every option for bbcon 2020, the tech conference for a better world, and we’re excited to share our plan with you today. We’re shifting bbcon 2020 from a physical setting to a global virtual gathering October 6-8.

Earth Day is a one-day observance celebrated around the world, annually on April 22. Each year, the Earth Day Network selects a global theme – this year the them is Climate Action.

We asked our Blackbaud Champions™ to share advice and tips on how they’re engaging, inspiring, enlightening and entertaining their supporters and staff alike during COVID-19.
